This position is responsible for the support of all customer service and sales activities associated with the Chemical, Forest Products, Pipelines, State and Military and Commercial Franchisee customers for the state. And be a back-up resource for the Automotive, Primary Metals and Cement customers.
The assigned duties include preparing standard Contracts for Electric Service for Account Managers, Transmitting Contracts for Electric Service, creating new accounts and install orders for new commercial customers, performing standard rate comparisons as requested, preparing monthly estimated bills for the required segment customers (Linde, Messer, Mitsubishi and SABIC), providing assistance with same accounts to SSA, providing CSS assistance for non-SSA accounts, among other routine duties.

Essential Functions:
Project: Convert functional KPI's to Cost Per Vehicle (CPV) to identify actuals based on production. Also financial transparency to forklifts and tuggers needs revamping to an Executive Management Level with the ability for ease of maintenance and updating.
Additional regular tasks:
Participation in daily start up meeting, writing of meeting minutes and follow up on tasks, run reports and prepare management presentations.
Qualifikationen
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.
Education:
Student in: Supply Chain Management, Finance/Controlling or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.:
* Fluent in English (oral/written)
* SAP, AM Supply, Mobsy, Databases, Smartsheet
* Project Management
* Process understanding of material flow in a warehouse
* Continuous Improvement Processes
* Problem solving capabilities
* Team work
Preferred Start Date:
* February / March 2026

Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree
* Studies outside of the U.S.A (we are not accepting applications from students who are currently studying in the U.S.A)
* A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
* Available for a minimum of 6 months
