BASIC FUNCTION:The Trainee Engineer in the Rotational Development Program is an entry-level engineering professional participating in a structured program designed to develop broad technical and operational expertise across multiple key functions within the organization.RESPONSIBILITIES:Over the course of the program, the engineer will rotate through four core domains:Process Engineering Gain hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Early Project Phase Development Collaborate with R&D and innovation teams to support feasibility studies, pilot trials, and the development of new technologies or products. Welding Engineering Co-ops/Interns gain broad exposure to varied areas of the Aircraft Engine and Aviation systems business.
