The Quality Control Technician at our 503B outsourcing facility is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before they reach our clients. This role involves performing various tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, and environmental monitoring in cleanroom environments. The Quality Control Technician will work closely with production, quality assurance, and other teams to identify and resolve any quality issues, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and 503B guidelines, along with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Responsibilities Conduct routine testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications. Perform environmental monitoring, including sampling of air, surfaces, and personnel in cleanroom environments, ensuring adherence to GMP regulations. Electronic Restoration Services (ERS) is a disaster restoration company specializing in the restoration of both consumer electronics and appliances. The Appliance and Consumer Electronics Technician will perform restoration on many varying electronics and appliances. Along with the restoration process, each tech will be certified to drive the box truck by taking the DOT physical so that they can do the pickup and delivery of electronics and appliances as well.
