This role focuses on compliance, documentation, and technical review rather than hands-on remediation, and directly supports safe, effective cleanup and redevelopment of Brownfields properties in coordination with EPA Region 7 and state and local regulators. Responsibilities and Duties Provide on-site oversight of Brownfields cleanup activities (soil and groundwater) to verify work is performed in accordance with approved work plans, QAPPs, HASPs, and applicable regulations. Monitor and document contractor performance, including adherence to health and safety requirements, Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, Buy America/BABA, and other federal grant conditions.
