Luck Stone Bull Run Plant is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join their team. Individual is skilled in operating heavy equipment safely in a construction or quarry environment, punctual and has strong communication skills to communicate with our drivers and associates of the plant.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Pre-shift and post shift inspection of vehicle
Load customer trucks in a safe and accurate manner
Communicate with customer truck drivers to ensure appropriate positioning for loading
Builds piles and ramps
Ensures vehicle receives proper maintenance
Willingness to assist with projects and activities other than heavy equipment operation around the site when needed.
Prioritizes safety throughout site for self and others
Aiding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating a loader in a quarry or large construction site environment is necessary. Other heavy equipment operation is a plus.
Excellent communication skills
Must have a team oriented, positive outlook toward work and accomplishing goals.
Must be punctual. Hours 6am-4pm.
Starting pay is $26.58 per hour and could be higher depending on experience evaluated by management.
