ERM is seeking a Consultant, Safety and Industrial Hygiene with industry experience, to play a key role in supporting our clients and growing our business. Assist in the development of solutions to complex technical and regulatory issues and concerns. Contribute to expanding ERM's Safety Services business. Identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clients. Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business. Develop and manage innovative, behavior and performance outcome-focused approaches and programs for a variety of clients with complex technical/regulatory issues. Design and direct corporate H&S strategies and programs in areas such as industrial hygiene, behavior-based safety, safety culture and leadership, serious injury and fatality risk reduction, compliance auditing, EHS management systems, process safety and risk management, construction safety, high-impact training, and general compliance support. Achieve client's expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Manage a variety of tasks to achieve scope, budget and schedule targets while ensuring we meet and exceed our clients' expectations on deliverables. Build client relationships and nurture repeat business by continuously striving to Build a network within and outside of ERM that will enable you to leverage your skills and solve challenging multi-disciplinary client challenges. REQUIREMENTS: BS/MS degree preferred. Equivalency of an additional 6+ years related experience in lieu of education will be considered. 3+ years (6-10+ years preferred) relevant experience in working with organizations on safety and risk management, leadership/culture, and/or sustainable EHS compliance programs. Be passionate about EHS performance improvement and have substantial experience developing and delivering world-class EHS program solutions. Experience in life safety programs is desired. Experience with industrial hygiene is desired. Ability to work independently and in a team setting, with guidance and direction. Ability to be adaptable, deal with ambiguity, and flexible to changing situations, able to think outside the box, and to identify and respond rapidly to safety issues in field locations. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Willingness to travel within the United States in support of client programs. The Global Digital Upskilling Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing ERM's global digital learning strategy with a primary focus on AI learning and adoption across ERM. ERM is looking for a motivated, hands-on Managing Consultant, Project Manager Geologist, Engineer or Hydrogeologist to join our growing Liability Portfolio Management & Remediation team in Indiana. Working under the direction of senior directors and Partners, the successful candidate will work on and manage a variety of site investigation and remediation projects under CERCLA, RCRA and state programs, as well in other US locations. You will have the opportunity to work with technical experts on these projects and learn how to implement innovative and sustainable site investigation and remediation technologies. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for safely performing project work, supervising and mentoring junior staff, branding ERM in the marketplace through technical presentations and papers, working with ERM Partners to grow client relationships and develop new opportunities with those clients, and preparing winning proposals. Support internal and external projects utilizing new technologies to improve efficiency, quality and achieve project objectives, including electronic field data collection, management, and reporting. Evaluate remedial alternatives and assist clients in developing cost-effective closure strategies and negotiating them with regulatory agencies. Design, bench-scale testing and pilot testing remedies for contaminated soil, groundwater and sediments using traditional and/or innovative and emerging remediation technologies, and monitoring and optimizing their performance so that our clients get the most value out of their expenditure. Appropriately delegate assignments to project team members and mentor junior staff and pull in technical experts to assist so that ERM can bring the most value to our clients. Prepare proposals and participate in business development with existing clients and identified leads. Maintain and grow client relationships to generate repeat business. Build strong collaborative relationships with ERM employees, clients, and subcontractors. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, geology, or a closely related discipline. ERM is hiring a Right of Way (ROW) Agent in Northern Indiana or Eastern Illinois to support pipeline and electric transmission project efforts. The ROW Agent will be responsible for the acquisition of land, land rights, licenses, leases, permits, and other documents necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of facilities.
