The Global Digital Upskilling Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing ERM's global digital learning strategy with a primary focus on AI learning and adoption across ERM. This role will partner closely with the global and regional learning community, business leaders, and the broader HR function to define and execute a digital upskilling strategy, focused initially on AI. This role reports into the Global Head of Learning and accountable to the AI Governance Committee.
Drive Strategic Oversight of AI Capability Development
* Lead the design and implementation of a digital upskilling strategy with an initial focus on AI upskilling and adoption, aligned with ERM's business priorities and digital transformation goals.
* Identify critical digital and AI-related skills and capabilities required across all career levels-from early career professionals to senior leaders.
* Develop and deliver integrated, agile learning solutions (e.g. structured programmes, self-paced learning and communities of practice) to build AI fluency and application across the enterprise from selling work to delivering work.
* Create and maintain AI learning pathways and role-based skill maps to support career progression and workforce readiness.
* Ensure alignment with ERM's Leadership Development Framework, embedding AI literacy and digital leadership into leadership pathways.
Design and Deliver Future-Focused Leadership Development with an AI Lens
* Oversee all related digital and AI L&D initiatives from conceptualization through to delivery and adoption, overseeing adoption-related initiatives across cross-functional teams including ERM's AI Champions community, Technical Communities, Regional activation teams (i.e. Partners sponsors and Digital Champions), and reporting back to the AI Governance Committee.
* Co-create programmes that empower leaders to navigate AI disruption, lead with data, and foster innovation.
* Promote inclusive, ethical, and responsible AI leadership principles through learning programs.
* Drive adoption of AI tools and practices that enhance leadership effectiveness and decision-making.
Partner with Business Stakeholders to Accelerate Technology and AI Adoption
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand emerging AI use cases and workforce implications across ERM service lines globally.
* Translate business needs into targeted learning interventions that build digital and AI confidence and capability.
* Act as a strategic advisor on digital and AI learning, supporting talent development, retention, and employee engagement.
* Elevate the visibility and impact of the Global Learning function through thought leadership and measurable outcomes.

* Contribute to the evolution of the Global Learning team's strategy, governance, and operating model.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with general contractor and subcontractors on behalf of owner's representative.
On-site observation of construction activities from an EHS perspective.
Documentation of activities with respect to required EHS performance.
Train on-site workers on EHS oversight program requirements.
Train on-site subcontractors on EHS oversight program requirements.
Help administer project directives given by the Client's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) personnel throughout the project.
Report on whether project staff and trade contractors are complying with the Client's safety procedures and are working in accordance with the approved project-specific safety plan.
Maintain required safety-related documentation on the project site including, but not limited to, safety orientation training, Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), SDSs, pre-task assessments, and toolbox talk summaries.
Participate in daily pre-shift coordination meetings to include review of the day's activities and associated hazards.
Review and comment on the General Contractor's JHAs with project trades and obtain signatures prior to commencement of work.
Conduct daily site inspections, focusing on work site orderliness and compliance with safety procedures and protocols. Proposed corrections of safety deviations will be discussed with the General Contractor's Safety Manager and provide support for corrective action implementation.
Issue daily site observation reports for each site inspection.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, safety, or occupational health and safety, or a related degree preferred.
1+ years of full-time on-site experience in construction-specific project health & safety leadership.
Certification in field; CHST, ASP/CSP, CIH, PE, or similar registration highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry and construction standards.
Strong commitment to safety, including implementing strict Health and Safety protocols.
Completed training and certifications OSHA 30-hour construction (required), confined space entry training, and fall protection/prevention training (preferred).
Strong initiative (self-starter), problem-solving and communication skills, and attention to detail and QA/QC.
Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to provide excellent project delivery and client service, quality on project deliverables, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
· Oversee the entire RMF cycle, including initiation, categorization, selection, implementation, assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum of a SECRET security clearance, TS/SCI Preferred.
· 5+ years Managerial experience in developing and implementing system information security standards and procedures in a DoD Cybersecurity Enterprise Environment.
· Previous Army cybersecurity and technology experience.
· Demonstrated experience with US Army technology, systems, and command & control policies and procedures.

* Lead consultant teams that configure/deploy SAP EHS Product Compliance solutions; specific activities include publishing system design documents, configuring components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and specifying custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.
* Provide knowledge transfer enablement through formal documentation and end-user training. Engage in system support and training documentation teams, prepare and present training to internal consultants and client system users.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the entire RMF cycle, including initiation, categorization, selection, implementation, assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
* Develop and maintain system security plans (SSPs) and associated documentation for each system under management.
* Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate security risks
* Develop, review, and maintain Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms), as required
* Ensure compliance with all relevant security policies, standards, and guidelines, including NIST SP 800 series.
* Work closely with Army cybersecurity personnel to document controls, support authorization, seeking any Interim Authorization to Test (IATT) and Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation and approvals and provide metrics to comply with audits.
* Perform Mission Owner (MO) responsibilities in accordance with (IAW) Cybersecurity Service Providers (CSSPs) Statement of Work (SOW).
* Responsible for escalating issues, problems, risks, and constraints to the appropriate levels for clarification and resolution.
* Develop and maintain a working knowledge of AWS products and capabilities.
* Perform unsupervised, hands-on work in GovCloud environments and eMASS.
* Manage multiple and competing customer priorities with little supervision.
* Develop High Availability, Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes in accordance with government and industry guidelines.
* Work closely with the DevOps and system support engineers to provide guidance on security weaknesses in the cloud environment.
* Review security controls and configuration requirements including secure network design, database access, security testing, authentication methods, implementation of
encryption, privilege management, logging, input validation, secure storage design, and secure data transfer.
* Assist with the development and implementation for cloud security architectures for protecting sensitive data deployed into various cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and hybrid systems
* Participate in Requests for Change (RFC), Account Requests, Change Management Processes, IAVM tracking, and Cyber Task Orders (CTOs).
* Perform data transfers between security domains IAW SOCOM policies and procedures as a Data Transfer Agent (DTA).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Minimum of a SECRET security clearance, TS/SCI Preferred.
* 5+ years Managerial experience in developing and implementing system information security standards and procedures in a DoD Cybersecurity Enterprise Environment.
* Previous Army cybersecurity and technology experience.
* Demonstrated experience with US Army technology, systems, and command & control policies and procedures.
* DOD Cyber Workforce (DCWF) 8140 (722) Intermediate Information Systems Security Manager certification: CGRC/CAP or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC.
* Experience with security requirements in a federal IT environment, including FedRAMP-certified providers and FISMA requirements for acquiring and maintaining an ATO.
* Experience with Enterprise Cross Domain Solutions.
* Experience with DoD STIGs and SRGs.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of AWS products and capabilities.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies and working with Agile teams.
* A BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution fulfills the educational requirement.
Target salary range: $119,000 - $185,000
