The salary range for this position is estimated to be $100,000.00 - 180,000.00 annualized, which represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and offer expert recommendations for electrical services
Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates for residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs
Present estimates and proposals with professionalism and clarity to earn trust and close sales
Maintain in-depth knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and best practices
Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and track performance metrics
Collaborate with install crews to ensure project timelines and specifications are met
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Remain available for occasional on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience estimating and selling residential electrical services
Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and installations in residential settings
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specs
Proficient with CRM tools, tablets, and estimating software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-driven, organized, and professional in appearance and demeanor
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
