They are seeking an experienced Commercial Carpentry Estimator with direct subcontractor-side estimating experience (GC-only experience will not be a fit). This role will take ownership of estimating and closing carpentry work.
Responsibilities:

Manage a pro-active diligent follow-up schedule for pending bids and non-responsive customer proposals to efficiently and aggressively close.
Creatively try to close every lead.
Call customers to develop new business relationships.
Attend all pre-construction, turn-over meetings, and close-out meetings.
Assist Project Manager where required.
Develop great rapport with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Frequent face-to-face meetings with old/new customers, vendors, and referring parties.
Attend marketing and networking opportunities as needed.
Maintain professional company image in marketplace.
Regularly distribute appropriate marketing materials
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years estimating experience in construction.
✓ Historic Masonry Restoration experience a plus
✓ Waterproofing Industry experience a plus
Ability to speak professionally before clients and team members.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, and Excel along with Google Docs
Experience with CRM's, PlanSwift, and Sage software a plus
Ability to physically lift 50 pounds.

Compensation
Hourly position corresponding with experience - $70,000 - $150,000 per year with base with commission and bonus.
Includes company vehicle/vehicle stipend, and EZPass.
