POSITION PURPOSE
As a Commercial HVAC Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for Design/Build & Plan/Spec of Commercial HVAC construction projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review base building documents provided from the GC/Owner.
Calculate AC & Heat loads for comfort cooling/heating in offices, warehouses, and restaurants.
Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and timelines.
Obtain competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
Obtain submittals from vendors.
