JOB DESCRIPTION: The Navy Business Group currently has a career opportunity for a Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) Program Support Training Analyst to provide fleet training support as an intelligence subject matter expert (SME) at Tactical Training Group Atlantic (TTGL), Virginia Beach, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be a senior trainer/evaluator with experience in naval fleet synthetic training development, execution and evaluation, and simulation program operation. He/she will have an in-depth understanding of how Intelligence processes are efficiently used to support Warfare Commanders and maritime operations. In addition, the candidate will have excellent public speaking, presentation, and time management skills, as well as at least eight years of applicable Training SME experience in: Conducting fleet training analyses to identify gaps, training needs, and solutions. Developing and modifying training event/exercise scenarios and curricula. Managing training projects. Designing custom training to meet Fleet and Joint training objectives. Specific Functional Area duties include: Provide expertise and support on applicable tactical and operational-level joint, coalition and service doctrine with respect to synthetic war game scenario generation. Responsibilities: In this role, the candidate shall support the NMRLC-D leadership and engineering teams. This will include but is not limited to: Responsible for organizing and implementing a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of radiological materials, products, services and associated systems information. Duties may include managing the control of the flow of goods, services and information between the point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements as well as ensuring the execution and improvement of standard logistic processes. Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results. Works independently under limited supervision. May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area. Provide Radiologic systems Logistics Subject Matter Expert (SME) level support for efforts that are impacted by design related logistics issues. Develop program and executive level briefs and related documents such as white papers, correspondence (e.g., letters, and/or memorandums) and summaries. Manage schedules, metric planning, implementation, and execution of documentation development processes in support of Integrated Logistics Assessments (ILA) and Logistics Readiness Reviews. Assist in the review and analyzes of contract requirements across material outfitting program accounts and direct cite funded contracts, reducing program costs through strategic enhancements such as assistance in GFE/GFI Management, Budgets, and process improvements for stakeholders. Develop and maintain programmatic related documentation including but not limited to: Fiscal Year (FY) planning issue papers/summaries and Technology Readiness and Risk Assessment Reports. Manage acquisition logistics planning documentation updates including the review and update of Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Supply Support Plan, TM Contract Requirements, Obsolescence, Data and Configuration Management (CM), Manpower Estimates (MER), Navy Training Plans (NTSP) and new technology Front End Analysis (FEA) package development.
