The Collections Specialist-NA position will be responsible for collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds from customers, which may include a variety of collection techniques. Desired Skills and Experience: Must be computer literate and able to type 60 wpm Must be professional, self-motivated, energetic, and have excellent attendance. Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be result-oriented and solution-driven.
