Preferred Qualifications: * Past internships in the construction industry are preferred, but not required. Essential Duties: * Project layout (surveying) in conformance with design and contract documents. * Check concrete forms for accuracy and adequacy of construction, including all embedded items, before placement of concrete. * Perform production trend analysis for quantities of work in place and report for the weekly and monthly schedule and cost control reports. * Assist with quality control, site safety initiatives and coordination of trade partners as delegated by the project superintendent. May include directing a small work force to gain supervisory experience. * Coordinate material deliveries by checking material requirements in advance and comparing with the delivery status.
