**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the customer operations manager, the Gasboy Field Engineer will play a critical role in continuously improving the customer experience. As a key member of the service operations team, you will spend most of your time in the field, supporting end customers and authorized service contractors with new product adoption, project rollouts, training, data collection, testing and onsite service and troubleshooting.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support the on-site field service activities as the resident expert on Gasboy products to provide the ultimate consumer experience by diagnosing performance related issues, determining root cause, corrective actions, confirming resolution and regularly communicate with all stakeholders on status
+ Make recommendations for the development of effective training resources and troubleshooting guides with the product support specialist team
+ Provide recommendations to the market service manager to add or remove authorized service network providers to ensure best in class field service support for our customers
+ Ensure authorized serviced technicians are properly trained according to department compliance, work, and customer security requirements
+ Lead regular scheduled field training sessions with key service partners and distributors in a market for continuing education opportunities and knowledge transfer
+ Communicate with stakeholders to convey drivers of operational impact of findings to ensure contact center consistency, process alignment, and process improvements
+ Act as the communication liaison between internal stakeholders, customers and service contractors regarding on-site findings and resolution
+ Support PSS/Engineering as requested for onsite testing, data collection, and trouble shooting
+ Support ad hoc Service Operation's needs (contract maintenance, projects, FMS, etc.) for site related challenges
+ Utilize technical and analytical skills to support technical assistance center as expert on Gasboy product solutions
+ Maintain compliance with safety standards according to Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Customer and Regulatory policies
**WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)**
+ Preferred: Associates or bachelor's degree in computer science or networking
+ Preferred: 5 years or more of service in petroleum equipment with manufacturers certifications
+ Preferred: A+ and Linux certified or have the ability to obtain the A+ and Linux certifications within 90 days
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Networking required
+ Knowledge of Linux and SQL a plus
+ Road Warrior- travel is 75% or more for this role to include overnight

The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.

Reliance One, Inc. is hiring for our client for an Automation Project Engineer to lead plant-wide automation initiatives. This role focuses on the implementation, upgrade, and integration of control systems across processing and packaging operations. The Automation Project Engineer will manage projects from concept to commissioning while collaborating closely with operations, maintenance, and external partners to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of automation and controls projects across multiple facilities.
Implement and upgrade PLC/HMI systems, SCADA platforms, and plant control networks, primarily using Allen Bradley (Logix 5000, CompactLogix, ControlLogix).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and OEMs to develop automated solutions for batching, separation, pasteurization, packaging, and CIP systems.
Support system commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of automated processes.
Ensure all automation systems meet FDA, PMO, OSHA, MIOSHA/IOSHA, and Sanitary Design requirements.
Manage project documentation, system drawings, and compliance records.
Train plant teams on newly implemented or modified systems.
Proactively identify and resolve automation risks or inefficiencies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Strong background in industrial automation, process control, and project leadership in a manufacturing setting.
Hands-on experience with PLC/HMI programming, SCADA systems, and plant automation networks.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Purpose of Job
We are looking for a hands-on candidate who has business intelligence, analytical know how, data science and software coding knowledge as well as data products knowledge. The primary purpose is to serve as a member of the engineering team while becoming proficient with FAAC's technology.
Essential Functions of the job
• Learn, understand and follow existing FAAC procedures and technology such as software development procedures, unique modeling techniques, coding practices, software administration and configuration control.
• Adhere to all testing, quality assurance, documentation and security standards.
• Apply existing procedures and technology to assigned tasks. Which include the following:
o Analysis

o Program Checkout

Requirements
Education Requirements
• BS degree in a technical field of study (i.e. aerospace engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, math or physics).
• Formal mathematical training including a minimum of three (3) semesters of Calculus or equivalent.
Skills & Qualifications
• Proficient in understanding and communicating in the English language, generally and technically.
• Working knowledge of interactive computer systems or PCs; familiarity with Windows, Linux, and or Unix Operating Systems desirable.
• Working knowledge of mid to high level programming language (e.g. C/C++); familiarity with C, C++, FORTRAN, and/or Ada desirable.
• Ability to distinguish print on paper and computer screens, and efficiently access, input, create, update, and retrieve information from the computer.
• Ability to assimilate concepts/technologies and effectively apply the principles to complete entry-level engineering assignments.
• Ability to problem solve, as necessary, once entry-level engineering assignments are completed and tested.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with frequent supervision.
• Ability to be flexible in accepting new assignments.
• Ability to work well with people and function as an entry-level member of a team responsible for an engineering task or project.
Prerequisites
• Must be able to qualify for a Department of Defense Security Clearance.
• Must be a US citizen and not have dual citizenship with any other country to obtain security clearance.
