Regularly reviews contractor's as-built mark-ups, documents project progress using video and photo and prepares reports on construction progress. + Consults with Resident Engineer on work progress and construction problems, proactively recommends solutions, assists in the resolution of issues, and acts as a liaison with the engineer of record. + Remains current and knowledgeable of industry technology and tools used to perform inspection work through industry resources, training, and research.
