Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Foundational understanding of construction processes, terminology, and field operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, “ready-to-learn” attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction management software and platforms such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities to support a fast-paced construction environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and trade partners.
Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite.
