In this program you will rotate for 6 months in each function such as Project Management, Installation and Test & Commissioning and be assisted by an experience manager to ensure success of your mission. Main responsibilities Project Management (6 months): Governance: Deploys and ensures the application of Project Management PM2020 processes at the project. Pro-actively support the Site Project Manager to manage internal interfaces with project engineering, procurement, supply chain, installation and T&C. Learn concepts of Earned Value Management (EVM) such as: Tender baseline, EAC (Estimate at Completion), ETC (Estimate To Complete), AC (Actual Cost). Use these concepts to estimate the project financial performance. Planning: Support to elaborate and approve with the Project Manager project schedule.
