Fully functional with BPC Electronic Document Management System (Aconex) and Sharepoint. Be able to input and track various factions within Aconex Provide technical input for project work plan and schedule. Identifying risk elements of production, materials, equipment, or process that could negatively impact the budget or schedule. Evaluate daily quality and performance. Document daily activities in company-approved methods and technologies. Notifies team members and manager of any significant schedule changes and recommends solutions for management consideration. Reviews and approves daily reports, as required. Performs inspections of in-progress work in accordance with the Project Construction Quality Management Plan Review project specifications for quality assurance at the beginning of work, during the project work, and after work is completed. Initiates and manages appropriate certificates, inspections, and other documentation regarding construction production on the project site. Requires driving occasionally for up to 2-5 hours. Requires working in outdoor weather conditions.
