What You'll Do
Perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects
Lead, coach, and support a team of Tru-Pro technicians
Uphold TruBlue's high standard of professionalism, reliability, and customer care
Communicate clearly with customers and help manage expectations on-site
Ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency across every project
Common projects include:
Bathroom and kitchen upgrades
Drywall repair and patching
Flooring installation and repair
General carpentry
Interior and exterior painting
Basic plumbing and electrical (within scope)
Who You Are
10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience
Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your team and clients
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and full toolset
Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Walk down any aisle in a grocery store to see the wide variety of packages produced on our equipment. Bartelt Packaging is looking for a FieldServiceTechnician to join its team who resides in MD, NJ, NY or PA . As FieldServiceTechnician travels extensively to repair, maintain and start-up specified Bartelt Packaging equipment. The FieldServiceTechnician provides a communication link between the customer and the Company to provide excellent customer service.
Does this work interest you?
* Installation, integration, repair and troubleshoot flexible machinery of a complex design requiring a high level of technical skill/knowledge and independent problem-solving skills.
* Ensure all established inspection, testing, quality and operating specifications are met.
* Directs and or oversees customer's personnel during plant machinery installations and integrations or servicing (repair and/or troubleshooting).
* May provide on-site customizing of machine programs by revising programs to meet the customer needs.
* Occasionally maintain a 24-hour on-call status and provide customer technical telephone support.
* Will provide factory floor support when not providing customer fieldservice support/travel.
* Provide customer training regarding the operation & service of our machinery.
* Assist customers with aftermarket parts needs will in the field.

* Technical, Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in machinery repair.
* Successful candidate must possess knowledge/skills of mechanical principles and be willing to travel extensively within the US and, from time to time, internationally.
* Good communication & interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus.
* Proficiency in Windows & MS software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent customer service skills; ability to train customer personnel on equipment.
* Prefer experience in flexible packaging material machinery.
* PLC programming experience preferred.
* Familiarity with PLC/PC systems helpful.
