What You'll Do
As our Associate Advisor, your primary responsibility will be managing relationships and financial planning for a broad group of loyal clients where your work will be critical to their experience and the overall success of the firm. You'll also help support planning needs for all clients.
Your duties will include:
Following up on transfers, signatures, and client paperwork
Rebalancing portfolios and identifying tax-loss harvesting opportunities
Managing and updating our CRM with clear notes and next steps
Preparing for quarterly meetings and supporting the lead advisor with planning
Re-engaging prospects and assisting with annuity reviews (if licensed)
Participating in client events and educational workshops
Doing annual reviews with clients
Meeting with clients and fielding their questions

Requirements
What We're Looking For

Licensed with a Series 65 (required)
Ideally has 3-5 years of experience in financial services
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, planning tools, and digital workflows
A clear communicator, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in how they show up for clients
Grounded on the service side of financial advising and thrives in a team environment
