Position Overview:
The Temporary Patient Administrative Assistant leads the coordination of specialty care and diagnostic imaging. They will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of outpatient referrals and the precise maintenance of patient medical records. The Patient Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure that our geriatric and disabled patient populations receive timely access to specialized services, ensuring all clinical documentation is accurate and accessible for the care team. Schedule: Temporary full-time position with high potential for permanent position, day shift hours, no evenings, weekends or holidays. Hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Thursday & 8am to 3pm on Fridays.

This role will develop and oversee the Maximus Federal segment marketing strategy. Responsibilities include building brand visibility in the Federal marketplace, driving customer and partner engagement to support growth goals. This position will be responsible for developing annual marketing plans building strategy, managing the cross functional team and budget and, leveraging partner relationships, driving go-to-market solutions.
Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience in a Federal Marketing and Industry Analysis position including 7+ years managing a team.
-Previous experience at a corporation focused on the Federal sector.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; technical background and digital marketing are a plus. Additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
-MA degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field, preferred.
-Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
-In-depth knowledge of the Federal sector.

Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring for a Case Builder Auditor to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote opportunity. The Case Builder Auditor is responsible for reviewing Disability Benefits Questionnaires ("DBQs") built by Case Builders on the "Build Team" so that Veterans may be evaluated on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (the "VA"). Auditors are responsible for providing guidance and instructions to Case Builders with questions on VA specific build criteria and also second reviews and audit cases built to ensure builds meet VA specific build criteria for VBA exams. An Auditor works closely with the of Auditors and Builders, as well as with the Case Builder Manager, to maintain a respectful, positive, and high sense of urgency work environment and to make sure the Case Building Department is producing the highest quality exams possible.
Due to contract requirements, only US Citizens or Green Card holders can be considered for this opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter any missed build information into the software for the doctor to be able to utilize during and after the appointment.
- Ensure providers have the necessary documentation and medical records to properly evaluate Veterans.
- Research medical conditions and new information when necessary in order to assist builders with any case questions during the build process.
- Identify and confirm that all relevant worksheets and diagnostics were added during the build process as requested by the VA.
- Track Case Builder (CB) errors and monitor progress of assigned builders through weekly audit reports and master error log.
- Communicate with CB supervisors when patterns of concern regarding quality and production are identified.
- Communicate with other departments to share relevant information when necessary in order to best complete the case.
- Thoroughly checks over and approves Case Builder's work when in audit, to make sure the build is sufficient.
- Complete audits as assigned by Supervisor or Case Building Management.
- Assists with clarification response (CR) updates when a CB on the build team is out of office.
- Complete one-on-one conferencing with assigned Case Builders to review error trends and provide build feedback with the goal of improving assigned Case Builder quality.
- Responds promptly and appropriately to messages from supervisors, co- workers, and other departments.

Education/Training Requirements:
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution, with at least two (2) years of experience in health care and preferably two (2) years in a psychiatric setting.
Full independent licensure required (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent such as LPCC), in the state of practice.
Full, independent licensure must be held in WA.

summary/ Objective: The Development Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the organization's internal and external fundraising and community events, leading external communications efforts, and managing the annual fund. This role is key to strengthening donor relationships, enhancing community visibility, and supporting the organization's overall development strategy. The ideal candidate is a consummate professional with strong project management skills, proven experience in a similar role, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and creativity.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Fundraising & Events
Plan, organize, and execute all internal and external fundraising events from concept to completion. This includes our largest fundraising event, the EmPower Luncheon, held in April. It has an average attendance of 500 individuals and a fundraising goal of $250,000. You will be responsible for soliciting sponsorships and auction items, being the point person with the venue and all other vendors, creating and executing the marketing plan for the event, and running the day-of logistics.
Throughout the year, you will collaborate with staff, volunteers, and donors to build on existing relationships, form new ones, and advance the profile of the organization amongst these groups in our community through tabling events, internal client-focused events, and other external fundraising opportunities that arise.
You will work closely with the Development Director and Development Assistant in planning and executing multiple annual fund requests throughout the year. You will use your knowledge of mail, email, and other platforms to promote and solicit gifts from the community.
Communications & Marketing
Develop and manage external communications, including newsletters, donor emails, social media content, flyers, marketing collateral, and the organization's annual report.
Support branding initiatives and marketing campaigns to raise the organization's visibility while ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.
Create compelling stories and content to engage supporters, donors, and the broader community.
Project Management
Manage multiple development projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Maintain project timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accountability.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with program staff to align fundraising and communication strategies with program goals.
Monitor budgets and expenses related to events and communications projects.
Donor & Community Engagement
Support donor stewardship through clear, timely, and personalized communications.
