Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to see at distance of 20 inches or less to inspect and adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus. Ability to use tweezers to remove dirt particles from product. Ability to read and work from work instructions and drawings. Ability to follow written instructions. Operation of production tool for mandrel application requires excessive hand/arm movements and moving of bulk binned mandrels: 15 - 40 pounds. Mandrel cleaning process consists of ongoing hand/arm movements, bending at the waist, and movement of bulk binned mandrels. 15 - 40 pounds. Product conditioning/cleaning requires ongoing movement of hands/arms at and above shoulder level, bending, and reaching to load and unload product from production tools. Product is handled individually weighing under 2 pounds each. Regular attendance is required. Compensation Information: Starting wage is $17.83 - $22.90 plus 10% shift differential.
