Role Summary:
The Extrusion Operator is responsible for setting up jobs on the extruder. This includes changing the die set, putting on deckles, setting gaps on rollers, filling the extruder with materials, and maintaining the extruder to produce rolls of plastic to be sold or used in production.

Job Overview
The Forklift Operator I is responsible for various assignments, duties, and tasks within the Warehouse that may or may not require the use of a PIT Forklift, such as building pallets, inbound unloading, outbound loading, replenishment of the pick floor, or Vertique mezzanine areas, and, or the fulfillment of customer orders. This role will travel throughout the warehouse pick area to retrieve and stack specific products and quantities; per the Pick Ticket assigned while maintaining any determined expectations of safety, accuracy, and, or efficiency. Duties & Responsibilities
* Retrieve and place quantities of cases of product onto a pre-determined pallet(s) as instructed by the assigned pick ticket in a manner that is safe and builds a stable pallet of product, also known as Pallet Building, meeting or exceeding warehouse expectations in safety and accuracy
* Unload inbound product, raw materials, and/or deposit Items and transports from the docks to their designated storage areas within the warehouse in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner

Working knowledge of Docushare - appropriate to the Entry Operator position and responsibilities.
Maintain good run adjustments i.e., print registration, label adjustments, substrate dimensions and folds
Complete minor machine changeovers (film, label, paper, and box sizes)
Complete and/or participate in major changeovers
Communicate information to on-coming shift
Must be able to maintain 6S compliance
Must be able to lift 35 pounds
Must be able to stand a minimum of 12 hours
Required to wear PPE (including hair net, beard net, and any other as required for job)
Clean any area of the facility as assigned or needed to maintain cgmp

Required Experience:
1 year of previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
Ability to organize and prioritize workload and to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task is essential
Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A working knowledge of cGMP regulations and guidelines
Knowledge of manufacturing lines and processes
Good understanding of JDE in order to verify that transactions are performed correctly and assist with JDE corrections/cleanup
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
