JOB DUTIES
Routine road maintenance, snow removal on roads and parking lots, road repair and mowing of ditches. Responsible for day-to-day inspection and assist with repair of equipment.
Operate a variety of equipment including backhoes, skid steers, dozers, loaders, motor graders, tandem axle trucks, snowplows, and other equipment used in maintaining and construction roads. Perform a variety of manual labor activities in repairing roads and bridges. This position requires reporting to work after hours, on weekends, and on holidays during emergency events. This job requires prolonged standing, lifting up to 70 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, and stretching. This position will be based in West Fargo, ND.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE NEEDED
* 1-3 years' experience in operating heavy equipment.
* Ability to take orders and resolve any problems.
* Knowledge of construction equipment and the materials used.
* Heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Class A license
This position requires reporting to work within 30 minutes, after hours, on weekends, and on holidays during emergency events.

Machine Operator is responsible for operating one of our press machines or a CNC table router, along with directing the activities of their assigned Material Handler. SCREENPRINT MACHINE OPERATOR:
THE OPPORTUNITY: Under the direction of the Screenprint Supervisor and Trainer, this position is responsible for processing screenprint orders through preparing garments, applying inks through use of screenprint press, and making quality adjustments as necessary. This position will lead the Unloader and provide first steps in quality control. The operator is responsible for changing screens and setting up/cleaning ink for specific orders, and operating the screenprint press to produce the best t-shirts in the biz. The operator will help verify garment quality and ink design to achieve company standards, and will wow our customers by meeting department and company goals.

Machine Operator is responsible for operating one of our press machines or a CNC table router, along with directing the activities of their assigned Material Handler. This person will understand the customer and machine requirements, and will be trained to program the press settings for things like speed and material quantities. Basic math, including adding fractions and division, is required. Prior experience in manufacturing/machine operation a must.
All positions require moderate lifting (50 lbs), with occasional heavy lifting (75 lbs +).
