What You'll Do:

Ensure shipping accuracy by confirming exact part numbers and/or model and serial numbers along with correct ordered amount against all order paperwork from sales and service. Discrepancies are to be immediately communicated to your manager.
Coordinate pick-up and deliveries with 3rd party carriers.
Receive stock deliveries, unpack, confirm receipt, and put away in correct location. Input and track inventory in ERP system and/or SAP.
Arrange stock transfers in/out of other branches - coordinate and stage service parts for service technicians.
Ensure compliance with all applicable EH&S and OSHA rules and laws, and company ISO quality standards.
Label units and equipment by creating a large 8.5 x 11 identification sheet indicating the model and serial number and placing on the outside of unit/equipment ensuring its visibility from the floor.
Units/equipment must be organized and stored in a central area for ease of retrieval and inventory counts.
Keeps the warehouse clean, organized, and accessible.
Perform other duties as assigned.

General Purpose:
To aid in the shipping and receiving of product and other duties as seen by the manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks
Insure truck / trailer condition meets cleanliness standards
Act as last line of inspection for finished product going to customers
Insure accuracy of shipments as to quantity, lot identification and code date
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Organize the cooler
Assist the lab in pulling samples and tagging product that has been placed on QC hold
Assist the USDA grader in pulling samples
Rotate product into warehouse to temper for butter room to use in oil system
Properly rotate product as in first in first out
Assist in month-end inventory
Adhere to all DFA Quality policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
Adhere to all DFA Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
Adhere to all DFA GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
