This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt (overtime eligible) position reporting to the Supervisor, Warehouse Operations & Logistics. The primary work location is the CEM Warehouse in Bellwood, Illinois, with occasional work at event sites throughout Chicago. Maintain neat and orderly staging areas. Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, and handcart. Maintain proper documentation for materials, including batches, material changes, and material locations. Maintain tools and components needed to perform tasks per current Good Manufacturing Practices. Assist with physical inventory and perform cycle counts. Stage resins and components to work orders and allocate materials to appropriate production areas. Daily cleaning for all Blender / Dryer filters. Maintain all Blenders / Dryers to ensure they remain full and working properly. Complete all needed paperwork in a timely manner, Lot changes, Job verifications, Material verification report, Two-hour check list, etc. Complete proper restocking of materials. Plan so material and color changes happen in a timely manner, according to production schedule. Communicate potential shortages to Warehouse Leadership and Production.
