Title: Warehouse Associate Duration: 18 months Shift: 7:30 AM - 04:15 PM EST We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the order processing and material handling functions for Client's operations. This role involves performing various warehouse activities, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material storage. The successful candidate will ensure all operations are performed efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities • Support daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and shipping. • Receive and put away manufactured products or raw materials. • Unload trucks, verify quantities received, and record transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using computerized warehouse management systems. • Perform cycle counts, assist with inventory control, and process materials for destruction as required. • Follow all applicable regulatory guidelines (OSHA, FDA, DEA, etc.) and maintain compliance with company policies. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area daily. • Ensure reliability by being on time and available for all scheduled shifts. • Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and maintain operational efficiency. • Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, and integrity in all work processes. The City of Fishers is seeking experienced Backhoe / Loader Operators to join our seasonal snow removal team. This temporary role is a great way to make extra money during the long, cold winter! Help keep school and municipal properties clear of snow and safe for the public by joining the best snow removal team in the state. This is a seasonal, on-call position that will only be called to duty during city winter weather events. Shifts are 12 hours and will typically be nights from 9pm-9am or 10pm - 10am. Start times of shifts are not flexible but end times of shifts can be flexible based on your availability. If substantial snowfall or ice is expected, this additional staff will be placed on-call with as much advance notice as possible.
