This position is a senior-level position responsible for development, management, and enhancement of university web properties. This role involves leading projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all digital communication aligns with the University's strategic goals. This position serves as a primary expert in web technologies, guiding the implementation of best practices, and driving innovation in digital projects. * Lead the design, creation, modification, and maintenance of complex university-affiliated websites and applications; * Collaborate with stakeholders to execute digital strategies that meet institutional goals; * Coordinate the development and testing of web applications, ensuring optimization for various browsers/devices; * Support the management and customization of the University's CMS; * Provide advanced training and support to team members and stakeholders regarding CMS usage and web development best practices; * Ensure all web-based content complies with current and ongoing accessibility standards and best practices; * Mentor and guide junior developers; * Stay ahead of emerging web development trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions that enhance user experience and site performance; * Perform all other duties as assigned.
