About The Role
Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing and customer support, you will be the voice of Banks Power: leading digital community engagement to drive growth and brand love across channels. You will reply to incoming social comments, and add to discussions on our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok combined communities of 1.6MM+. This role includes customer support, and requires actively being "on" and engaging with and responding to fans and customers. Working on Saturday and/or Sunday is required.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be very self-driven and proactive. You must have experience working with customers, managing large online groups, and are able to drive engagement and rally a community by answering questions and offering Banks' intelligent automotive-related insight. You're passionate about providing world-class customer service and talking to users online and in real life. You should know the internet and social media culture inside and out, fluent in the latest online vernacular, tips and tricks.
What You'll Do
Be able to explain how to best use our products, features and troubleshoot customer concerns.
Respond to all comments daily on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc - identifying trending conversations to engage in, and strategically sparking more conversations.
Follow company policy regarding the shipment of warranty replacement product to customers. Complete all documentation for customer orders, i.e. shipping method, accurate address and appropriate freight amount.
Handle customer questions and complaints on social media, including public comments and DMs.
Assist with crisis management, negative reviews, and negative news communications. Forward serious complaints or issues to management for immediate resolution.
Be immersed in social conversations daily, apply social listening and see all notifications and tags, conversations and mentions - engaging with user-generated content (UGC) and creators, flagging UGC for reposting.
Work cross-functionally with teams like Engineering, Customer Service and Tech Support to relay user feedback and improve the Banks experience.
Report and track brand sentiment; be proactive with ideas on how to foster affection for our brand, then execute and pivot quickly as needed.

Main responsibilities
Respond to all customer contact or inquiries (including phone calls, voice-mail, e-mail, text, etc.) with professional courtesy on the same day as received. Provide telephone support to resolve installation and product performance issues.
Determine whether a customer inquiry should be handled by the technical support group, customer service group per company guidelines, or if assistance is needed from engineering, installation or sales team. Refer calls accordingly. Keep customers updated of status of the issue.
Follow up and track the progress of each call until it is resolved, even if the issue has been referred to another team member or department.
Ensure that all required and pertinent information to investigate the issue is acquired from the customer during the initial contact.
Thoroughly investigate each claim per established procedure to determine its validity is correct. Enlist assistance and expertise from other team members and/or departments as needed.
Record all information regarding the customer and the issue in our CRM. This includes discussions with customer, attempted contacts of customer, all internal discussions regarding the issue, and final resolution.

Requirements
Minimum of one year's experience in an in-house automotive technical support service environment, including phone support. Or a combination of 1+ year's experience in an in-house service environment + mechanical and technical knowledge of gasoline and/or diesel engines including knowledge of automotive electrical circuitry.
Solid work ethic. Ability to maintain concentration while on the phone for 6-8 hours per day.
Possess outstanding diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Experience working with vehicle diagnostic trouble codes and how to diagnose them to correct an issue.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to new ideas/practices quickly.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Seasonal Driver & Warehouse Technician to join our team. The position is responsible for driving various box-trucks, or a semi-truck (dependent upon driver's license classification) to transport, pickup and return equipment deliveries for our events as scheduled by the Logistics Supervisor. Responsibilities include maintaining written or telephone contact with the Logistics Supervisor to receive delivery and/or pickup instructions, warehouse organization, shipping and receiving, and other general warehouse and show duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
Driving one or more of the following (depending on license classification) to transport, pickup, and return equipment:
Class A: Operates combination vehicles with a GCWR of 26,001 lbs or more, including tractor-trailers with trailers over 10,000 lbs GVWR (typically 48-53 ft trailers).
Class B: Operates single vehicles 26,001 lbs GVWR or more, including large box trucks (typically 24-28 ft), with trailers under 10,000 lbs GVWR.
Secure and maintain all equipment inside truck and keep track of necessary inventory within possession.
Responsible for strapping, storing, and securing equipment inside truck.
Ensure gear leaving and coming through the warehouse is being prepared correctly for events and pulled/returned through the proper systems and quality control measures.
Load and unload trucks for events with the direction from the Warehouse Manager.
Inspect and clean gear in stock or coming in from events for proper quality control. Gear must be presentable and in ideal working condition before returning to stock.
Pick-up and drop-off rental gear at various vendor locations.
Accurately and timely complete paperwork, DTR driver trip reports, and using Samsara software to input and maintain driver logs.
Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and cleaning the warehouse.
Prevent loss and damage to all equipment and vehicles that are under direct supervision.
Maintain written communication with supervisor regarding necessary preventative maintenance, repairs and other safety or procedural issues.
Maintain safe operation and clean appearance by complying with company operational policies, procedures, and standards.
Operate and maintain vehicle in safe and clean condition.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Work Environment:
This position will be split between working in or around a warehouse environment and on event show sites that may be indoors or outdoors and exposed to weather conditions, dirt or dust.

Job Summary
The Warehouse Specialist - Video plays a key role in ensuring the readiness, quality, and accuracy of all video equipment that flows through the Brite Ideas warehouse. This is a team leader position responsible for supervising and guiding a mix of full-time and part-time warehouse employees in accomplishing daily workflows and departmental objectives. This role is primarily warehouse-based but may occasionally support onsite productions for load-ins, load-outs, and basic video department assistance under the direction of a Technical Director, Video Lead, or Department Head. The Specialist upholds accuracy, safety, and operational excellence while fostering a collaborative team environment and contributing to a high-performance warehouse operation.
Essential Functions
Video Specialty Duties
Prepare, test, clean, organize, and maintain video equipment, which may include the following:
LED wall panels and modules
LED processors ( Novastar)
Cameras (e.g., Blackmagic, Sony, PTZ systems)
Video switchers (e.g., ATEM, Christie Digital)
Projection systems (Epson, Christie), lenses, and filters
Playback and graphics systems
Video routers and converters
Fiber, SDI, HDMI, CAT6, and power cabling
Engineering racks, frames, and accessories
LED tile QC, module swaps, power/signal checks, and processor boot-up testing.
Camera, projector, switcher, or playback device power-up and functional checks.
Organizing, labeling, and tracking video kits, tiles, and accessories
Supporting patching, testing, and system configuration under supervision
Assisting in maintaining video documentation, labels, asset tags, and shop organization
Experience with the following product lines is a plus and may include: Brompton, Novastar, Blackmagic, ATEM, Analog Way, ROE, Absen, Barco, Panasonic, or similar video systems
Warehouse Prep, Pulls, and Returns
Prepare and assemble video gear packages per project pull sheets and technical specifications.
Verify counts, check completeness, and ensure all gear matches project requirements.
Use Flex Rental Solutions (or equivalent system) for check-in, check-out, scanning, and equipment tracking.
Maintain accuracy and accountability for all video equipment movements.
Ensure all gear is packed safely, efficiently, and professionally for transport.
Support warehouse workflow including staging, case labeling, and project consolidation.
QC, Repairs & Maintenance
Perform detailed quality control inspections for all video gear returning from shows.
Diagnose basic video issues, cables, faulty SDI or fiber runs, damaged connectors, or mislabeled components.
Perform LED tile testing, module replacement, tile alignment checks, and signal/power verification.
Build and repair SDI, HDMI, CAT6, and other video cable types as needed.
Perform connector maintenance, cleaning, and power/data cable QC.
Document gear issues, damage notes, and repair needs; escalate to Shop Specialist or Department Lead as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment and follow safety protocols at all times.
Cross Departmental Support & Onsite Assistance
Assist Audio, Lighting, or Rigging teams with general warehouse workflow during peak demand periods.
Support Drivers and Logistics with inbound/outbound coordination.

* Partner with supervisors of other teams to shape a service culture that drives retention and revenue
* Reinforce service standards and ensure consistent process across teams, shifts, and customer touchpoints
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine customer messaging, reduce friction, and streamline workflows
* Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and insights to senior leadership

Qualifications
* 7+ years leading a call center, customer service or sales support team, with a strong track record of building, coaching, and holding teams accountable. Familiarity with ecommerce is a plus
* Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience demonstrating strong leadership and critical-thinking skills acceptable
* High technology fluency with CRMs, call center tools, phone systems, ticketing systems. AI literate. Proficiency in Microsoft 365
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, demonstrated experience in process improvement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound judgment and ability to operate independently
* Resilient, resourceful, and calm under pressure; able to make fast decisions in dynamic environments

Salary Range
$95,000-$110,000 USD

Our Field Sales Representatives Team:
* Sells company products and services by generating leads and calling on assigned customer accounts, delivering samples, product line cards and sales literature to customers and prospective customers resulting established relationships and winning product orders to achieving sales objectives.

Education and Experience Requirements:
