Overview
The Distribution Channel Account Manager supports the day-to-day management and execution of Mitel's distribution channel across the United States and Canada. This role works closely with the Manager, Channel Account Management to ensure distributor alignment, operational efficiency, partner enablement, and consistent execution of Mitel's channel programs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working across multiple distributors, internal teams, and reseller partners within a two-tier channel model.
Responsibilities
Manage the assigned distribution partners across the U.S. and Canada.
Serve as a primary point of contact for distributor operational needs, program questions, and partner enablement coordination.
Support distributor alignment to Mitel's channel strategy, programs, and go-to-market priorities.
Coordinate onboarding, training, and certification activities for distributor-supported partners.
Ensure distributors are equipped with current product information, pricing updates, promotions, and sales tools.
Ensure execution of distributor-led enablement initiatives, webinars, and partner communications, and provide support where needed.
Collaborate with the Channel Account Management Manager with account planning and territory coverage in
Track and support distributor-driven pipeline activity, deal registration, and partner engagement.
Ensure timely follow-through on distributor requests, escalations, and action items.
Work closely with Channel Operations, Sales, Marketing, PLM, and Finance to support distribution programs and workflows.
Coordinate promotions, SPIFs, MDF activities, and program updates through distribution.
Provide feedback from distributors to internal teams to improve programs and processes.
Maintain accurate CRM records related to distributor activity, partner engagement, and program participation.
Track distributor metrics including onboarding progress, certification status, and enablement adoption.
Support reporting and dashboards used to measure distribution performance and partner readiness.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner operations, or a customer-facing support role
2+ years of experience working in distribution sales
Familiarity with distribution partners and reseller ecosystems preferred
Experience supporting enablement, onboarding, or sales programs
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
UCaaS/CCaaS, telecommunications, or technology industry experience preferred
Strong understanding of two-tier distribution and indirect sales models

This position is responsible for the safe moving, staging, and parking of vehicles on Auction property, driving vehicles to and from Auction lots and customer businesses, and driving vehicles through Auction sale lanes on designated sale days and in compliance with Auction safety rules and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
Drive vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction premises and to and from customer dealerships and businesses, while observing Auction driving rules, and rules of the road and demonstrating courtesy and defensive driving principles.
Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by the supervisor or team leader, move vehicles as necessary, and locate "lost" vehicles.
Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed. Inflate tires and jump-start vehicles using a battery box and air tank if necessary. Notify the supervisor when a vehicle is inoperative; notify the Service or Gas Truck Driver when the vehicle is out of gas.
Assist customers (i.e., dealers, account representatives, rental agencies, etc.) and coworkers as needed.
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.

* Manage all projects to meet or exceed minimum specifications of Construction Policies, NESC, NEC, OSHA, State, County, and all other applicable agencies.
* Maintain a high level of productivity, assuring timeframes are met for projects occurring simultaneously and track and generate reports on project status.
* Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation, maps, and CAD drawings. Create drawings and records of fiber and copper routes, splice locations, construction notes, bills of materials and project overviews.

Training Path: All Associate Managers will initially work on political and humanitarian campaigns as a training ground. Arts campaigns will come later in your development. Summary
DCM's associate managers are multi-talented individuals operating independently as an effective part of a team. One of the primary responsibilities is to accomplish the goals of the campaign. They are responsible for the day to day phone room operations, for recruiting, training and supervising their phone sales representatives. They also provide database maintenance, lead organization and daily and weekly reporting of results. Associate managers are also required to attend regular meetings with their account executives and clients.
DCM has campaigns in many major cities across the country and is always pursuing new opportunities. Associate managers play an important role in the marketing and fundraising efforts of major cultural institutions across the country.
Essential Duties of the Position:
Learn all aspects of a client's subscription season and/or fundraising program.
Create a positive and enthusiastic work environment in the call room.
Recruit, hire and retain callers for the duration of the campaign.
Train, coach and oversee phone sales representatives to attain the best bottom line results possible and excellent customer service. (This includes goal setting, monitoring, disciplining and terminating callers.)
Train employees on company's internal software use when applicable.
Maintain, organize and distribute all leads; maintaining an up-to-date lead count at all times.
Review and approve all reported data, before it is entered into Center Stage.
Maintain a campaign database, which includes daily entry and checking of reports.
Attend weekly meeting with the account executive and client representatives.
Schedule and oversee employee hours worked.
Manage the campaigns operations according to budget assignment.
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and campaign results in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches and procedures to accomplish the campaign revenues and goals.
Implement and enforce DCM's company policies.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned by DCM's Campaign Strategist or other home office staff.
Requirements:
HS diploma or the equivalent; college degree preferred.
Organized, detail oriented, disciplined, self-motivated individual.
Flexible schedule.
Sales experience required; non-profit/arts experience preferred.
Computer literate, Microsoft Office proficiency a must.
