WORKING CONDITIONS: The Instructional Assistant works primarily within the classroom and other areas of the school building and grounds where students may congregate. WORK SCHEDULE Monday through Friday 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. from March 1 to October 31 Monday through Friday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. November 1 to February 28 During your training period, your schedule will be Noon to 6 p.m. PAY $16.25 per hour to start $500 signing bonus after 6 consecutive months of employment plus a wage increase Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs and reservations. Manage online and phone bookings with accuracy. Provide information about our motel, local attractions, and services. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues calmly and professionally. Perform nightly accounting tasks with precision. What Were Looking For: Typing Skills: Minimum of 40 words per minute. Communication: Strong grasp of English writing conventions Math Proficiency: Ability to accurately complete nightly accounting tasks. Adaptability: Willingness to occasionally work extra or alternate shifts, including weekends. Independence: Capable of working autonomously and making sound decisions. Experience: Preferred but not required; were happy to train the right candidate with the ideal personality and aptitude.
