About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Care Associate I to join our team at our Bell Cover RTH program in Brookings, Oregon! The Residential Care Associate I will provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients. They will provide personal care services and support that helps individuals develop appropriate daily living skills and independent activities of daily living to increase or maintain their level of functioning. The Residential Care Associate I will assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing, while encouraging client participation. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, they will pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed by the client's primary care provider. They will transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services. They will maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services.
This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit. Wages, benefits, and working conditions are set in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
Training Program
With our MHACBO-accredited training program, you will earn CEUs towards applicable mental health certifications, while attending your required, paid training, and receiving qualified clinical supervision gaining on-the-job experience.
Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Wednesday 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Full Time, Day & Swing)
What You'll Make
$20.60 - $21.86 per hour DOE/Credentials. An additional $3.00 per hour night shift differential will apply during the work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.

Bell Cove is a co-ed, 5-bed Residential Treatment Home serving adults living with a mental illness. Each resident enjoys their own private, ADA-accessible bedroom with half-bath. About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Peer Support Specialist to join our team! The Peer Support Specialist will support programs in the Coast region. They will meet each new resident at admission to the program and support the individual in feeling welcome, answer their questions, provide compassionate support, and guide them in articulating any self-determined goals they may want to work on while at the residential treatment facility. In addition we also offer our clients acupuncture and stem cell therapy. We see mainly small animals with some equine, bovine, small ruminants and exotics.
We are open 7 days a week and our on-call and weekend rotation is shared equally between all veterinary staff. This position is part-time (usually between 20-40 per week). We offer a competitive package including wage based on experience, health insurance, retirement, sick leave and paid vacation.
The ideal candidate must have previous veterinary experience, good communication skills, be organized and have the ability to multi task. Candidate must also possess a positive, team oriented attitude. This person must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job; including, but not limited to, lifting (up to 40lbs.) bending and stairs. At times the job may require you to perform work outside. Experience preferred.
