doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position,
you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-4 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

The Foster Care Case Manager works under the supervision of the Program Manager. They are responsible for the delivery of case management services, individual and family counseling and training and supervision of foster families. The Foster Care Case Manager assists the Program Manager in developing individual treatment plans for troubled children and their families. They maintain weekly contact with the foster families, children, and bio-families and monitors the progress of the child and family throughout the placement. They assist with training, home studies, and evaluation of foster parents. The Foster Care Case Manager uses standardized tools to measure social and emotional progress and outcomes and prepares written treatment plans and progress reports.
PERSONAL WORK RELATIONSHIP: The Foster Care Case Manager makes decisions regarding the placement and treatment of neglected, abused, disturbed, and medically complex children. He or she will have good verbal and writing skills. They will be capable of working with children, parents, foster parents, client agencies and the courts. The Foster Care Case Manager will be creative, pragmatic, assertive, and know when to act independently and when to seek the advice of others.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer or the Chief Administrative Officer, the Business Operations Coordinator provides transactional support for the finance, operational and administrative functions of the Region, including budget monitoring, daily finance transactions, local vendor relationships, facilities management, fleet management, HR, IT, and records/reports. Is the lead system user/trainer for software business applications. Provides operations backup support for the Region in the absence of the COO/CAO.
*This is a part-time position 4-5/ hrs. a day that will be in the office 3 days a week.

1. Financial Administrative Support: Provides administrative budget support including expense coding; financial report dissemination, initiating, monitoring and approving regional procurement transactions, Collaborates with department leaders to ensure that programs are executed within budget. 4. Fleet Management Support: Maintains fleet inventory records. Ensures appropriate and timely maintenance. Files and maintains insurance claims and follow up with estimates/repairs. Is liaison with Fleet Management in other sectors.
5. Events: Participates in planning events meetings. Maintains insurance certificate applications, financial collection processes, and appropriate forms and codes used for regulated items including alcohol.
6. Reports/Data Information: Provides guidance and data for grant reporting. Prepares various internal reports. Responds to internal/external requests for information and/or documentation. Acts as Region point of contact for FOCIS information.
7. Operations SOPs: Develops, maintains and distributes a regional SOP Manual. Provides training to ensure consistent processes/procedures related to operations functions throughout the Region.
8. Volunteer Coordination: May coordinate and train volunteers to assist with less complex daily transactional work such as data input, clerical support, etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Education: Associate's degree in Accounting, Business or Public Administration required. Applicable experience may be applied towards education requirement but must be in addition to years experience required below.
Experience: Minimum 2 years' financial or facilities administrative support experience in community organizations, government agencies, non-profit organizations or business. Experience working effectively with volunteers and board members. Experience in coordinating finance and administrative functions including information systems and facilities.

Vice President of Marketing and Development
The incoming Vice President of Marketing and Development will direct marketing, communications and public relations, both internal and external. This Executive will provide overall leadership for fundraising/development programs, ensuring all fundraising and marketing activities are aligned with the mission and strategic priorities of Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia, Inc. (GIMG) and Helms College (HC). Successful candidates will be energized by and aligned with Reverend Edgar Helm's faith based social enterprise approach to eliminate poverty through education and career development.
Fundraising and Development
· Support Goodwill's long range strategic plan, establish annual business plans and annual fundraising budget to include capital campaigns, annual campaigns, planned giving, major gifts and grants.
· Implement $20 million Helms College comprehensive campaign with individual capital campaigns in four communities within GIMG territory plus branch fund replication fund to grow Helms world-wide in partnership with other autonomous Goodwill organizations.
· As President directs, be principle partner with campaign counsel.
· Build relationships with key stakeholders such as corporations, elected officials, non-profit organizations, foundations and citizens of territory.
· Actively participate in the solicitation of donations, major gifts and grants.
· Provide regular fundraising and budget reports to Goodwill's President/CEO and the Goodwill Works Foundation Board of Directors.
· Help create philanthropic culture with Goodwill Board members and employees and Helms College students.
· Develop vibrant story telling alumni association for Helms College.
· Lead major events in each region to fuel annual campaign and mission awareness. ReNew& Brew, GoodBoats for Goodwill in Augusta and Annual Gala in Macon.
· Propose other fundraising events for other communities and work with campaign ongoing cultivation event development.
· Plan, develop, and implement policies and procedures of the Foundation including investment and gift acceptance policies.
· Assure compliance with all regulations, laws, and the Foundation's by-laws.
· Responsible for leading Volunteer Services and Faith Community Relations initiatives, moving volunteers to become philosophical investors in Goodwill.
Marketing, Communications and Public Relations
· Provide leadership to marketing and communications department, overseeing all internal and external agency communications, brand management, and internal department customer service.
· Responsible for the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations (M/C/PR) process that conveys Goodwill's mission to all donors, customers and constituencies that is a consistent message throughout all organizational business lines.
· Act as Goodwill media liaison coordinating media interest, ensuring regular and ongoing contact with target media, and providing appropriate response to media requests in accordance with established procedures.
· Promote President as “Chief Story Teller” in all regions as is practical.
· Stay abreast of developments in the field of M/C/PR using information to further Goodwill's operational success and mission awareness.
· Integrate Goodwill mission marketing into all sales and business development initiatives.
· Multiply four-fold the charity PR and donated positive media coverage regionally and nationally for Helms College.
Qualifications
Experience & Education:
· Professional experience in a nonprofit organization with documented success in fundraising and cultivating donor relationships beyond alumni donor base.
· Experience supervising administrative, marketing, fundraising, and program staff.
· Strategic planning and budgeting experience.
· Established relationships with senior leadership at regional and national foundations plus corporate philanthropy.
· Experience building relationships and fundraising in the faith community sphere.
· Merger and Acquisition experience helpful.

Quality Surgical Management has more than 30 years of providing quality and excellence in bedside and clinical wound care management and our family of medical providers is growing. Program Description
Intensive Customized Care Coordination (IC3) is a provider based High Fidelity Wraparound intervention comprised of a team selected by the family/caregiver in which the family and team identify the goals and the appropriate strategies to reach the goals identified by the family. High fidelity wraparound (HFW) is an ecologically based process building on the collective actions of a team to mobilize resources and talents from a variety of sources to support families in their communities. In the wraparound process, a team of people are brought together around all the components of a family's life incorporating their history, culture, relationships, and other relevant information to address their challenges and formulate possible solutions.

Maintains a caseload of up to 25 youth who are engaged in IC3 services, with a focus on supporting their parents/caregivers
Establishes rapport and regular, consistent interactions with families members in assigned service area
Provides life, coping, health, and wellness skills teaching to youth with psychosis and/or dual diagnosis from a peer perspective
Completes all required documentation within 24 hrs. from date of service
Meets minimal contacts per month with each individual enrolled
Maintains a 50% billable productivity
Collaborates with a multidisciplinary treatment team
Acts as a liaison between agency and contracted agencies
Assists with linking individuals to outside supports:

Assisting individuals in identifying strengths
Assisting individuals in identifying recovery and wellness goals

Assisting individuals in determining recovery and wellness interventions based on consumers' life goals
Recognizing and reporting progress individuals make toward meeting objectives

3. Utilizing their specific training, the CPS will:
Lead as well as teach individuals how to facilitate Recovery Dialogues

Teach individuals techniques for identifying and overcoming fears

Support staff in identifying program environments that are conducive to recovery; lend their unique insight into mental illness and what makes recovery possible

4. The CPSs will maintain a working knowledge of current trends and developments in the mental health field by reading books, journals and other relevant material.
