The Senior Associate Counsel provides legal support for hospital information technology operations, including comprehensive legal and strategic guidance on the procurement, deployment, and governance of information technology systems (ISD) and artificial intelligence. This position reports to the Vice President, Senior Associate Counsel with a reporting matrix to the Chief Information Officer.
Responsibilities:
Advise hospital leadership and procurement teams on the legal implications of acquiring new technologies, such as electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine platforms, cybersecurity tools, and medical devices and the implementation of artificial intelligence tools.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad array of information technology contracts-such as software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, cloud hosting terms, data processing addenda, and business associate agreements. Identify and address legal risks in vendor offerings and technology solutions.
Advise hospital leadership on legal considerations surrounding digital transformation initiatives, innovation adoption, and strategic partnerships with technology providers.
Collaborate with hospital IT and security teams to develop policies and protocols for safeguarding patient data and critical systems. Advise on incident response plans, breach notification procedures, and risk mitigation strategies. Stay abreast of emerging threats and evolving best practices.
Provide legal support for hospital-wide policies on technology use, social media, device management, remote work, mobile access to sensitive information, and enterprise risk for information technology. Ensure policies reflect current legal requirements and operational needs.
Support the hospital in managing disputes or litigation related to technology vendors, data breaches, intellectual property claims, and other technology-related matters. Coordinate with litigation counsel as needed.
Education and Training: Provide ongoing education to staff and leadership on legal implications of technology adoption, emerging regulatory requirements, and evolving risks in the health technology landscape.
Identify and assess legal, operational, and compliance risks in IT contract.

About This Role:
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Accounts Payable who will be responsible for managing the company's financial obligations by processing invoices, managing and processing employee expense reports, issuing payments to vendors and expense report reimbursements, reconciling vendor accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments, and managing the 1099 process. Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Own and manage the accounts payable process ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payments, proper coding, reconcile vendor accounts, and manage vendor relationships
Own and manage expense reports and corporate card process ensuring timely and accurate reimbursements, and compliance with company policies, procedures and IRS requirements for expense reimbursement
Ensure compliance with IRS regulations by maintaining proper documentation and executing the annual 1099 reporting process for eligible vendors and filing the required 1099's and the transmittal Form with the IRS by the mandated deadline
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close including preparing journal entries, preparing and reviewing general ledger account reconciliation and analysis, review of financial statements 10-Q, 10-K

Responsibilities
Provide remote speech-language therapy services to clients
Implement an individual's plan of care via teletherapy
Maintain a caseload of pediatric population
Keep appropriate and daily documentation
Collaborate with families and other professionals to maximize client progress
Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program approved per ASHA guidelines
Active SLPA License in the State of California
Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLPA
Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching
Experience in a clinic private practice, home health, outpatient clinic, and/or teletherapy setting
Experience writing SOAP Notes
Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform
Should be comfortable working with children (18 months+)
Experience with fluency, behavioral modifications, adults, & AAC, preferred
Bilingual and able to treat in Spanish, preferred

Your Role on the Expedition:
The Sr AI Digital Operations Specialist oversees the efficiency and development of Generali's digital assets. About This Role
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) that is responsible for supporting the organization to successfully develop and implement clinical trials across its product portfolio and development pipeline. This role provides support to the Clinical Trial Manager (CTM), field based Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), and clinical study sites. This role will be a key study team member responsible for contributing to the life cycle of a clinical trial (all phases) and assure compliance with SOPs, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines.

Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Create and maintain study trackers (e.g., contact lists, study status trackers, study specific checklists.)
Ensure accurate and up to date information in clinical trial management system (CTMS)
Review and maintain documents in the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
Assist clinical study team during all phases of clinical trial activities (e.g., feasibility, start-up, maintenance, and close-out)
Collect and review clinical study site essential regulatory documents prior to site initiation/study drug release
Submission and tracking of documents to central/local Institutional Review Board (IRB)
Distribute study materials to clinical study sites, as directed
Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, draft meeting agendas and minutes, as needed
Assist the clinical study team in preparation and distribution of study documents and materials (e.g., informed consent form, regulatory binder, patient recruitment materials, and newsletters)
Support field-based CRAs
Assist data management with review of clinical data as needed

What you ll be doing.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for analyzing and processing insurance claims to determine the extent of the insurance carrier s liability in a manner that supports the mission, values, and standards of the Company. Primary responsibilities include efficient adjudication of insurance claims, both phone and written communication with insureds, travel suppliers, medical facilities, and others, as well as maintaining all state Department of Insurance regulations for claims files. Claims Processing and Coordination
Process all claims assigned in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner ensuring that all appropriate policies, procedures, and standard best practices are being followed.
Review information on claim forms, Physician Statements, and other documentation to ascertain completeness and validity of claims.
Correspond with insureds, physicians, agents, and other appropriate parties to obtain proper documentation and to finalize claims.
Maintain proper reserves on each claim file.
Ensure that proper file documentation is collected and maintained, including all records of correspondence and telephone conversations.
Investigate claims and direct the activities of outside adjusters and investigators.
Issue denial of benefits letters when appropriate.
Process attorney represented claims files.
Review and respond to Department of Insurance complaint letters.
Respond to written and phone inquiries regarding claims status.
Issue payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure that current Federal and State insurance claims regulations, laws, and best practices are being employed consistently for all jurisdictions.
Customer Service
Answer questions and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding coverage issues and general policy information.
Teamwork and Department Support
Assist in the mentoring and training of other employees as directed.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the management team.
Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong reading, writing, comprehension, and proofreading skills.
Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, regulations, and laws within insurance field preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish language fluency verbal, reading, and writing skills, is a plus.
Previous claims and customer service experience are highly preferred.

Job Summary:
As the Chief of Staff, you will be the trusted right-hand to our CEO. Your key responsibilities include supporting the definition, implementation, and communication of our strategy and strategic initiatives roadmap, representing the CEO in internal matters such as projects or meetings, managing special projects (e.g. M&A), or ensuring adequateness and quality of the internal governance framework.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy definition and execution
Collaborate closely with our CEO and executive leadership team to ensure the proper development of a strategy and its translation into a strategic roadmap
Monitor, challenge, and support the proper implementation of a strategic roadmap
Support overall performance management of CEO direct reports
Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of execution risks
Project Management and Team Coordination
Selectively manage certain special strategic initiatives (e.g. mergers & acquisitions) upon request by the CEO
Serve as an internal-facing proxy for the CEO, representing him in various internal meetings as relevant (e.g. project steering committees), facilitating communication to and from the CEO
Act as the linchpin connecting various departments, promoting open lines of communication, and ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives
Governance and Internal Communication
Overall support definition and continuous refinement of the internal governance framework
