Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Contracts
* Support the Sales Team and Management in the Sales Process and enable contract management accuracy.
* Track contracts during implementation, expirations, go-live, and renewals.
* Responsible for the invoice process relative to contract compliance.
* Support the Vendor and Procurement process.
* Ensure all contracts and procurement activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Assist in audits and maintain accurate documentation for internal and external reviews.
Procurement, Purchasing, and Fulfillment Support
* Support purchasing and fulfillment workflows by preparing purchase requests, monitoring order status, and ensuring timely alignment of shipments with project needs.
* Assist with documentation associated with receiving, invoicing, and asset lifecycle management.
* Collaborate with other parts of the organization regarding the inventory process, accuracy, documentation updates and cycle count.
Sales Administration:
* Monitor and analyze sales tracings related to commission and incentive bonus attainment and compensation processing for the sales process.
* Maintain the Consignment Asset tracking and assets on the customer site.
* Assist in proposal development, RFQ responses, and special pricing requests.
* Generate reports on contract compliance, vendor performance, and sales incentive attainment.
Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions
* Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions.
* Use of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments.
* May work extended hours during peak business cycles.
* Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferred; Business, Finance, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
* 1-3 years experience in contract management, procurement, purchasing, or sales support.
* Experience administering sales compensation incentive structure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP Systems, and Procurement Tools.
* Support non-sales related A/P and A/R activities supporting Talis HQ business needs.
* Experience using Quickbooks software a plus
* Ability to perform contract review and compliance analysis.

This is a part-time role, 20 hours per week. There is some flexibility in regards to which days/hours can be worked within Monday-Friday normal business hours

Medical Direction and Clinical Protocols provided by UH EMS Institute.
On-site Mechanics are available weekly to provide timely repairs, PMs, to company vehicles, and employee vehicles when time permits. Porters are also provided throughout the workweek to take over the Ambulances at the end of shifts to provide deep cleaning and detailing while the hardworking EMTs are free to go about their day or evening.

Some of your responsibilities will include: Assigning duties, inspecting work, and investigating complaints regarding janitorial services and taking corrective action when necessary. Cover open sections/ routes when employees are absent. Train new and existing employees on proper methods and procedures. Make sure accounts are stocked with supplies and equipment and take periodic inventories.
Starting pay rate is $20.00 per hour. (Monthly Gas Card)
This is a Part-Time position working approximately 4-6 hours per night Monday-Friday. Hours are typically from 6pm-10pm/midnight.
Duties:
1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services.
2) Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements.
3) Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards.
4) Record personnel data on specified forms.
5) Recommend personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing.
6) Confers with staff to resolve production and personnel problems.
7) Assists with start ups of new accounts and fills in for openings and call-offs at accounts
Requirements:
1. Have an eye for detail
2. Be able to work independently
3. Pass a criminal background check
4. Must have few to zero moving violations and a valid drivers license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance
5. Previous supervisory experience required
6. Must be reliable and excellent attendance is required for this position

Part-time Description
A Paramedic working for Donald Martens and Sons Ambulance Service is responsible for responding to emergent and non-emergent calls that require a higher level of medical care. This could include intravenous administration, administration of medications, advanced oxygen treatment and advanced cardiac monitoring and procedures. Works closely with other Paramedics and/or EMTS to deliver excellent patient care and customer service.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ability to critically think to assess the extent of illness or injury accurately and obtain the patient's medical history when possible.
· Providing appropriate care for patient condition and acuity, such as stabilization of a patient, assessing/ managing airway and administering oxygen, CPR and cardiac monitoring, placing catheters for venous access, administering IV fluids and medication, following established guidelines and protocols.
· Administering invasive and non-invasive therapies, including intubation and pulmonary ventilation, application of bandages, immobilization of fractures, bleeding control and various other tasks.
· Able to lead a patient care team and manage a change in patient condition effectively.
· Ability to stay calm and make the right decisions in adverse conditions
· Dealing with physical as well as emotional needs of a patient.
· Handling radio communications and coordinating with dispatch center.
· Safe transportation of the patient to the appropriate medical facility.
· Thorough documentation of the nature of illness and treatment provided while enroute to the facility. This documentation is required for accurate communication to staff at facility as well as for proper billing.
· Completing start of shift vehicle checks to ensure all the patient care equipment functions properly and replacing all supplies used in the ambulance throughout your shift.
· May be required to assist in in-house training and new hire orientation.
· Be able to safely operate an emergency vehicle with due regard for lay persons on road and within the community. This includes the use of emergency lights and sirens.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Completion of an Approved Paramedic Training Program and obtained a valid Ohio Paramedic certification.
· Maintain current BLS certification.
· Maintain current ACLS certification.
· Maintain current PALS certification. PALS certification must be obtained within six months of hire
· Complete an emergency vehicle operation course within 6 months of hire.
· Must maintain continuing education for proper certification.
· Knowledge of Emergency Medical Service operations, community disaster response, familiarity with Ohio Health Safety Codes governing EMS, pre-hospital care policies and procedures.
· Strong oral and written communication and the ability to use a computer
· Valid Ohio driver's license
· Experience preferred.

Shuttles tankers, hoppers, and containers
Communicate with the Inbound and Outbound Lead's on trailer move prioritization
Documents and performs trailer moves on both the Inbound and Outbound operations.

Requirements:
