Perform routine maintenance tasks on company grounds and assets, including but not limited to loading and unloading materials, trimming trees, removing cuttings, drainage installation and repair, and general groundskeeping duties. Assist with other duties as assigned to support operational needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Ability to safely operate and maintain a variety of landscaping and maintenance equipment. Location: Penitentiary Glen Reservation, Kirtland, OH Position Description: Under the direction of the Park Buildings and Grounds Manager at Penitentiary Glen Reservation, the part-time Building Maintenance Worker performs a wide range of building maintenance functions to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of park facilities.
