JOB SUMMARY
The Dispatch and Operations Lead is responsible for the overall operation of the Hamline University Public Safety 24-hour Communications Center. This role includes monitoring and managing security communications systems and providing accurate information and assistance to the campus community.
In addition to overseeing Public Safety dispatch operations, the Dispatch and Operations Lead will manage the campus parking program and supervise the Anderson Student Center Welcome Desk. The Lead must demonstrate full proficiency in the department's computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system, alarm monitoring systems, CCTV network, and electronic access control systems.
This position also serves as a key liaison between the Department of Public Safety and various university departments, including but not limited to Facilities Services, Residential Life, and Conference and Event Management.

This will be a semester-long commitment with the capacity to continue through the academic year based on performance and interest.
The Sports Nutrition Assistant (SNA) responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Tennis & Life Camps, which hosts overnight camps for both children and adults, is seeking energetic, accountable, and enthusiastic Educational Coaches to provide a safe and memorable experience for our campers. The Educational Coach will be responsible for providing on-court tennis instruction, participating in off-court activities, and will be assigned to dorm counsel on a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in helping and empowering others, tennis knowledge and playing experience, and the ability to work with both children and adults. * Starting salary: The first-year staff starting salary is $4,900 + dorm counseling stipend + room and board. On campus apartment housing and meals in the Gustavus Dining Service are provided. This position is considered part-time (summer/seasonal) and non-benefits eligible.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Teach tennis for approximately six hours each day according to a schedule distributed at the beginning of each camp.
* Teach campers of all ages the value of a healthy lifestyle through action and example.
* Maintain a consistent, pleasant, and always cooperative disposition when working with campers, fellow staff, and supervisors.
* Reinforce the TLC philosophy and instructional methods both on and off the courts.
* Dorm counsel as you are scheduled, following the guidelines in the TLC Staff Handbook.
* Participate in camp staff meetings each Monday night.
* Greet and assist campers and their parents as they arrive and as they leave.
* Participate in camp variety shows and arrive early for show preparations.
* Receive and discuss performance evaluations given by supervisors throughout the summer.
* Comply with the policies as identified in the Tennis & Life Staff Handbook.
* All other duties as assigned.

Lifeguards will remain at lifeguard post and stay focused throughout the duration of lessons
Lifeguards will maintain order of the facility, most specifically with regards to patron behaviors while in the water and on deck.
Lifeguards will oversee child behavior, and with the help of the program supervisor and recreation coordinator, implement the disciplinary action plan as needed.
Lifeguards will be prepared to execute the EMS plan and know how to respond to emergency situations.
Lifeguards will communicate any concerns to the recreation coordinator.
Lifeguards will keep track of time worked and record on timesheet
Lifeguards will openly communicate with the recreation coordinator, in a timely manner, regarding vacation requests, program issues, etc.
Lifeguards will be required to work up to two Saturday swim lessons, or two evening swim lessons.

Job Description
South Central College is seeking adjunct Agriculture Diesel Service Instructor dedicated to excellence in teaching who desires to become part of a creative, vibrant, student-centered learning community. Position will be based on the North Mankato campus.
SCC is seeking an instructor who will be responsible for classroom and lab instruction to students participating in the program. The instructor is expected to work as a team member in maintaining a learning environment that meets the educational requirements of the postsecondary student.
The Agriculture & Diesel Service Instructor is also responsible for maintaining accurate academic records in a computerized learning management system. These records include attendance, grades, and class/course syllabi for each class taught.
Salary Range:
Adjunct faculty members will be compensated at the rate of seven hundred seventy-five dollars ($775.00) to one thousand six hundred fifty dollars ($1,650.00) per semester credit.
Minimum Qualifications
* Associate degree
* Four full-time (or equivalent) years of verified related paid work experience as an agriculture service technician or agriculture equipment mechanic.
* One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.
