This position works as part of a team in the dish room and performs custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and other cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors.     This position exists for providing classroom instruction, assistance with the development of a quality, Business Administration program, provide quality assessment measures from the classroom instruction, and serve as a student advisor at the undergraduate level. This is a full-time position as a 9-month faculty member, although consideration may be given to applicants wanting a part-time role. The position is not remote but requires in-person work at the Lancaster campus. Personal Qualities: The desire to grow, develop, and mature, both spiritually and professionally. Proficiency with word processing, general computer skills, and LBC's instructional technologies (i.e., Learning Management System, Video Conferencing, etc.) Duties/Responsibilities: Instructional Responsibilities: Knowledge and ability to instruct undergraduate on-campus courses within the Business Administration programs. Advisement of students in the Business Administration program. Participate in recruitment activities for the Business Administration programs as needed. Willingness to design and develop new courses to enhance the existing curriculum. Teach courses assigned at the undergraduate level for on-campus students. This may require teaching during the day and/or evening. (FT faculty load is 12 credits per semester. Administrative Responsibilities: Report to the Program Chair of Business Administration. Monitor and complete ongoing assessment of student learning. Participate in the review and revision of curricular offerings. Maintain regular office hours of at least 10 hours a week for student and faculty consultation and support. (FT position only) Participate in All employee meetings, department meetings, chapel, and committees as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned.
