JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Mental Health Worker will assist in the delivery of care to patients and their family. Various shifts and schedules available part time and per diem; first shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, second shift: 11:00am- 7:30pm; third shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am, and Per Diem that fills in on any open shift. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent is required, advanced degree preferred Two (2) years direct experience in a psychiatric setting or in human services field preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification within 90 days of hire Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information.
