JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining an orderly front office environment while completing daily tasks. Responsible for receiving and entering all order quantities as supplied by the customer. Create complete and accurate tags to ensure customer delivery is accurate and ensure that the company goals and objectives are met in a timely and accurate manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Customer Service Support * Internal/Customer Reporting Functions * Produce Portage, Batavia, and Buffalo tickets daily * Maintains a professional and courteous image with both internal personnel and external customers * Maintains data tracking/providing support for various plant operations needs * Should be accurate and efficient * Able to recognize and follow-up with customer order errors * Receive and keep track of all company purchase orders and credit card. * Work with CS and management to solve problems and correct order discrepancies. * Monitor emails for short order notice changes * Ensure the workspace is clean and free of debris * Create spreadsheets with demands based on customers' orders. * Report errors in orders / late orders * Appropriately communicate problems Complete monthly/weekly Clean to Soil Ratio Reports, Par Evaluations, and EMS Reporting * Manage scrub inventory in consignment room * Monthly visits with clients that require onsite meeting vs. phone call * Represent and field phone calls/emails from Clinics and other customers as needed * Manage incoming COG from clinic base and follow COG process throughout the plant * Train client base on how to utilize online web portal * Manage lost items * Make changes in software by adding/changing items and par levels, adding departments, creating online ordering setup and other reporting as assigned * Keep communication flowing from the plant to CSM and Corporate team - shortages/transportation issues/plant equipment issues/outgoing scrub orders * Participate in Installs and deinstalls as needed * Order, receive-in, and label all scrub orders. Follow new scrub process to ensure correct delivery to client. * Receive packing slips in Concur * Assist in placing customer orders * Assist in answering general phone calls in the office * Handle billing for direct sales and scrub orders * Be a team player. * Additional tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Must be able to take and follow directions. * Knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft office, excel, teams, etc). * Maintain acceptable body hygiene and appearance per employee Handbook. * Sit/walk for extended periods of time. * Able to complete duties accurately. * Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally * Must be able to read and write English. * Must be able to accurately perform simple mathematics. * Must be punctual. * Must be able to multitask. * Must understand and observe all safety guidelines and recommendations.

Job SummaryWe are looking to hire a Lead Data Science Product Manager for The AI Innovation Lab at HCSC. The AI Lab is focused on application of leading-edge AI technologies to the business challenges of HCSC, and the product manager of this team owns key responsibilities such as stakeholder engagement, product prioritization, scoping, execution, and delivery on a portfolio that focuses primarily on Generative AI applications. Day-to-day tasks include engaging senior and executive leadership in the domain area to understand their most significant business challenges, designing new AI products and solutions to automate or enable better decision making to address these challenges, building long-term product roadmaps, scaling and delivering on those products by working within cross-functional data science, IT, and business teams, and providing overall product leadership for one or more of our machine learning and AI initiatives. Successful candidates will also have indirect leadership over data scientists and engineers assigned to these initiatives. Note that while this position requires an understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI and its applications, it does not require “hands on” technical work such as coding. We are looking for a businessperson who has a strong technical background that can lead and indirectly influence both IT and business teams to scale and deploy models in a complex organizational environment. The AI Innovation Lab works within the context of the broader AI Solutions team at HCSC. The role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management for AI Solutions. There are many different domains (or thematic units) within AI Solutions, with topics that include Claims and Payment Integrity, Member Engagement, Utilization Management, Document Intelligence, Risk Stratification, and the AI Innovation Lab. Generally, one (or sometimes two) product managers are assigned for each different domain area.
