This role works under the direction of experienced installers or foremen to assist with measuring, cutting, assembling, and securing duct systems according to project specifications and safety standards. The Install Helper is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized job site, transporting materials, and using basic hand and power tools to aid in the efficient and accurate completion of HVAC system installations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade.
