What's the role?
The Senior Director of Professional Services (PS) leads a team of consultants and has full commercial responsibility for the PS business in the Americas region. This individual must have the energy, passion, experience and leadership to grow a relatively nascent team into a mature, highly impactful and profitable business. PS Americas is part of a global PS organization that services regional as well as global customers, and teams to share best practices, replicate successes and support cross-regional customer engagements.
This role works very closely with the Americas CCO (Sales) Leadership Team to demonstrate the value of PS offerings and integrate them into Segment Sales Plays, account strategies and customer opportunities, with the goal of accelerating product adoption and increasing conversion rates and overall deal value.
This is a customer facing role that requires understanding, and staying current on, industry trends, opportunities, competition and HERE Products and strategies across all business segments. This individual draws on a strong technical foundation in Automotive, Transport and Logistics and/or location technologies, to sell complex technical solutions, discover new areas of opportunity and position PS to offer compelling solutions that differentiate HERE.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Americas professional services business including revenue, pipeline, bookings, profitability, utilization, customer satisfaction and team leadership
Grow a relatively nascent organization into a mature, high performing services business
Develop a strong competency and stay up-to-date on HERE products and services offerings, related technologies and industry trends
Become a trusted advisor by developing and selling innovative solutions that address customer pain points and achieve desired business outcomes
Collaborate with other Sales functions to develop winning strategies early in the Customer lifecycle and develop land and expand opportunities
Work closely with Sales teams to identify new business opportunities to accelerate market uptake of HERE products and services
Utilize technical competencies to develop solutions and cultivate business in target segments, including Automotive and Multi-Industries
Play a key role with the HERE Americas Leadership Team, working closely with the GM and Segment Leads as well as sellers
Foster collaboration with the PS leads, working together to develop growth strategies and developing relationships and new business with customers
Work cross functionally with Product Business Units to develop and sell complimentary services and align on strategic objectives.

Who are you?
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, or related experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in business-to-business technical solution and value selling in the software space related to Automotive SDV (ADAS, IVI, HAD), Transport and Logistics and/or location based service
Experience managing a P&L greater than $15 Million USD
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating professional services teams
Proven ability to generate pipeline, drive revenue and close bookings
A hunter mentality, bringing high energy with the ability to thrive and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Blends commercial and technical (platform, software architecture, emerging technologies) to establish credibility with key influencers and decision makers.

Support post-merger integration planning and execution, ensuring financial, operational, and cultural alignment.
Track performance of completed transactions and report on synergy realization.
Mergers & Acquisitions
Lead financial modeling, valuation, and business case development for potential acquisitions and divestitures.
Manage end-to-end deal execution, including target identification, due diligence, structuring, and negotiation support.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations, HR, product) to ensure seamless execution.
Who are you?
Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate development.
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Highly collaborative with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with deep understanding of valuation techniques and transaction structuring.
Proven experience executing M&A transactions or strategic investments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Fundamental understanding of the software and/or car manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
The expected base salary range for this position is $138,000 to $155,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience.
This position is also eligible for a target annual performance bonus, which is subject to company and individual performance.
