Mechanics with backgrounds working on heavy trucks, heavy equipment, and or utility vehicles (sweepers, refuse/garbage trucks, snow plows, etc.) are preferred. Key Qualifications: 3 or more years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic. Degree in Diesel Technology/Diesel Technician or equivalent. Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Welding/fabrication experience. Valid driver's license with clean record (CDL B preferred, not required).
