Role Description: Huitt-Zollars' Rio Rancho Office has a full-time opportunity for a Senior Project Manager. The successful candidate will be a registered Professional Engineer in the State of New Mexico with at least 15 years of project management experience in residential and commercial site civil design, drainage studies/design, roadway design, water and sewer design, right-of-way engineering, construction document preparation, and post design construction services. The candidate will manage a team of civil engineers on land development and public works projects primarily in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque with opportunities to work on projects for other offices. Reviews progress with PM at least monthly (including & completes vs. % spent) and that PM is adhering to weekly rhythm. Successfully contributes to the overall profitability and financial performance on projects. Oversees staff deliverables and production assigned to their projects to ensure client, legal, and company requirements are met.
