Requires EPA 608 Certification and 5+ years of field experience. This role is trusted to work independently and mentor junior team members. This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire position. Responsibilities: * Lead HVAC system installations and ensure all work meets code compliance standards. * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision. * Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice electricians. Qualifications: * EPA 608 Certification (required). * 5+ years of HVAC field experience (required). * Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation, repair, and troubleshooting. * Valid driver's license required. * Have full range of mobility in the upper and lower body - Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time. * Must be able to multi-task. * Excellent customer service skills required. * Thrive in a team environment. * Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required. * Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. * Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday. * Ability to climb ladders and install conduits. * Perform work at heights of 20 feet or more. * Willing to submit to a driving, drug, and criminal background check. * Possess all necessary tools to complete the work.
