ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs preventive maintenance and repair duties on all building mechanical systems, equipment and tools. Knowledge of the operation and repair of energy management equipment. Knowledge of the operation of life safety systems, and maintenance and repair in public areas and guest rooms. Level II PAUT Technician The Level II PAUT Technician will perform calibrations, nondestructive tests, and evaluations to determine acceptance or rejection according to written instructions, applicable codes, standards, and specifications. This role requires the ability to set up and calibrate equipment, interpret and evaluate results, and maintain accurate records. Level II Technicians are expected to be fully knowledgeable about the methods they use, understand their scope and limitations, and provide on-the-job training and guidance to Assistants and Level I Technicians. They will oversee all deliveries received and ensure the placement of items. They will be responsible for understanding and adhering to company standards and expectations. Quality & Safety will be a focal point in all matters.
