• Following general safety guide lines • Bend stoop and kneel • Keep pace of production line • Wear appropriate PPE • Assembles smaller components onto larger components. • Inspects parts for quality. • Detects and reports defective materials to supervisor. • Conducts machine operation and safety checks on prescribed intervals. • Performs general clean-up and organization of work area (SCORE- Safety, Cleanliness, Organization, Responsiveness, and Efficiency). • Other duties as assigned to maintain production. Key Responsibilities Use provided hand tools (primarily box cutter or razor blade) to remove flash from rotational molded plastic products Transporting product/balls between work areas Ability to effectively work and communicate as part of a team Other job duties are: Trimming Assembling Packaging Boxing Labeling Duties may require use of small hand power tools Assemblers must be quick, organized, adaptable to change and always focused on safety & quality Controls scrap and waste to the best of his/her ability Works toward meeting company-established efficiency goals Inspecting quality of finished goods Maintaining a clutter free, clean work area Ability to work overtime when required Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Qualifications Must be able to distinguish the difference in colors Must be able to perform simple math functions Ability to work both independently and within a team to carry out assignments to completion Familiarity with manufacturing environment and simple tools- some previous experience in a manufacturing environment required A self-starter who can multi-task Reliable transportation Daily duties may require lifting 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds Able to stand for 8-10 hour shift

Temp To Full-Time Assembly and Production - $15.50/hr Monday-Friday 6am - 2:30pm with daily overtime likely, overtime on Saturdays when needed. Assemble louvers/vents Place pre-cut stock on table Assemble stock according to blue print using basic measurements Double check measurements w/ tape measure Drill screws into pre-drilled holes to connect the parts Dexterity and ability to read measurements (1/16in) Must be able to pass drug screen and background check Prior experience with manufacturing and fabrication preferred
