Certifications and Licenses: Architectural or Interiors license preferred Key Responsibilities Facilities Oversight & Building Stewardship Manage the daily operations, maintenance, and repairs for four College buildings. Serve as the primary contact for building safety, infrastructure concerns, and emergency response. Assist in long-term planning and capital improvement projects in partnership with the Director of Fabrication and Facilities and University Facilities teams. Support historic preservation initiatives and represent the College in facilities-related matters. Help maintain and enforce building use guidelines through the College's Facilities Handbook. Percentage Of Time: 50 Academic & Space Planning Support Implement space planning solutions to support the College's academic, research, and faculty needs. Oversee classroom and workspace setup; equipment purchase, fabrication, and installation; and technology integration. Supervise, train, and schedule a team of student workers to carry out operational tasks. Support the NCARB AXP internship credit process for qualified student employees. Collaborate with College departments and University units on facilities scheduling, upgrades, and improvements. Provide operational support to Fabrication Center staff when needed, including coordination of shared spaces, materials handling, or equipment logistics. Percentage Of Time: 30 Event Setup & Program Support Lead the physical setup and logistical coordination for major College and external events, such as: Exhibitions, accreditation reviews, and College presentations Lectures, symposia, and speaker events Commencement, Summer Experiment in Architecture, and academic programs Community and design-related events like INOMA Pipeline Camp, Block City, and alumni programs Work with University Event Services, Public Safety, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful event execution. Provide after-hours support for events and building emergencies as required. Percentage Of Time: 20

The International Admissions Advisor will be responsible for representing Illinois Institute of Technology at public, recruitment and alumni events, counseling of prospective students for higher education to Illinois Institute of Technology and working with our operations staff for the understanding of application processes and requirements, credential evaluation, and decision making. This position will be an integral member of the team and assist in meeting enrollment goals as well as establishing and deepening relationships with campus community members, guidance counselors, placement offices, prospective student, parents and channel partners. This will include visits to local schools, universities, channel partners, and other recruitment and yield activities, both in-person and virtually. The Department of Psychology is seeking a tenure track Assistant Professor to serve as a core faculty member in our CACREP-accredited MS and PhD programs in the Division of Counseling and Rehabilitation Science beginning Fall 2026. The position will involve maintaining an independent research program supported by external funding, mentoring PhD students, teaching graduate courses in the Clinical Counseling MS and Rehabilitation Education Counseling PhD programs, (faculty teach four courses per year, which can be reduced through grant buyout or other external funding opportunities). The Healthcare Design Fellow will work closely with the Director of the Equitable Healthcare Lab at the Institute of Design to conduct research related to improving care delivery and to defining the role of design in healthcare systems. This person will also interface with lab collaborators, partners, and internal research assistants. The candidate is expected to possess design methods expertise; knowledge of and/or experience with the US healthcare system, capability to manage multiple projects and timelines; and strong communication skills. Ability to engage in literature review and synthesis, systems modeling and effective communication design is a plus. Under the supervision of the Director of Athletics, the Intramurals and Recreation Coordinator manages and operates the intramural and recreation program in accordance with the purposes and policies of the Keating Sports Center and Illinois Tech Athletic Department. The Intramurals and Recreation Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of staff, fiscal operations, program development, marketing/public relations, participant retention, and customer service related to the intramural & recreation programs at Illinois Tech.

Provides building maintenance and preventative maintenance for services across the Illinois Tech (IIT) Mies Campus to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for students, staff, faculty, and tenants.
