Position Overview:The Shipping Associate processes customer orders from around the world, ensuring final steps for accurate delivery are complete and all orders are provided to the carriers for same day shipping, satisfying our customer's needs in a fast-paced environment. This role handles any orders that produce errors or do not
auto post.
This is an essential onsite role, which requires regular onsite attendance.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and handle errors on all orders that do not auto post or that need invoices or additional steps to be completed
Well-versed in carrier specific software programs such as: Fed Ex Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, DHL EasyShip, and show a demonstrated ability to process orders correctly
Read order notes and make the best determination of the next step in processing the order
Act with a high level of courtesy as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, and PDC in meeting customer requirements
Manually enter dimensions, weights, and posting of orders that do not fit on the belt system (large and oversized/non-conveyable products) or items that ship out palletized.
Complete re-palletization, wrapping, and/or banding of product when necessary
Ensure truck logs are completed, upload necessary shipping documents, and collaborate with other departments for possible corrections
Perform carrier support by keeping the shipping cages clear including remove boxes to place on pallets and emptying the shipping cages to avoid belt congestion; move cages to applicable carrier
Operate pallet jacks, pallet jack scale, PIV/forklift, stand on pallet jack, part mover, and pallet wrapping machine
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

What will you do as a Sales Merchandiser?
As a part of the Sales Team, the Sales Merchandiser is responsible for merchandising of products on designated routes in a continuous effort to provide superior customer service and maintain strong customer relationships. POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate will perform tasks associated with shipping, receiving, and the material handling process at RealTruck, including receiving shipments, stocking, inventory control, picking, packing, staging orders and shipping products, primarily using powered industrial trucks.

What You'll Do:
Work overnights remodeling big box retail stores
Building and assembling retail store shelving fixtures
Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
Update Signage, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion

Qualifications:
Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours

What will you do as a Warehouse Worker?
As part of the Operations Team, the Warehouse Worker is responsible for pulling orders based on pick tickets to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks. This position is also responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pull orders based on pick tickets to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
Responsible for cleanliness and organization of warehouse area and production equipment.
Monitor all product that is both incoming and outgoing for accountability accuracy.
Restock and replenish as appropriate.
Operate industrial power equipment.
Stage completed pallets in designated area.
Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area.
Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and processes.
