Demonstrate the technical expertise and confidence to work independently and make critical program decisions. Requirements: Active Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years or Continuous Evaluation (CE) Enrollment STEM degree (or equivalent technical education) Authoring manufacturing assembly work instructions Aircraft subsystems assembly and integration Aircraft structures assembly Hands-on production/shop floor support, including direct ownership of operations and interface with touch-labor employees Reviewing engineering drawings and 3D models Proficiency with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems On-vehicle testing and troubleshooting of aircraft subsystems Familiarity with jet engine integration, service, and maintenance Wire harness and interconnect installation/integration Knowledge of aircraft fuel systems Experience supporting development, prototype, and first article builds (new product introduction) Working knowledge of metallic part machining Proficiency in 3DX, CATIA V5, and DELMIA software Evaluating designs for Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) considerations Manufacturing assembly planning experience Aviation maintenance experience, A&P license, or equivalent background Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
