Create detailed reports and present findings to management for informed decision-making. * Use data driven analysis tools to perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. * Work with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement projects. Ensure sustainment of projects by monitoring relevant KPIs. * Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to create robust data pipelines and real-time dashboards for monitoring production performance. * Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and technologies. The Quality Manager will lead the quality assurance and control functions for manufacturing operations at the Valencia site. This role will oversee the quality system, ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements (including ISO/AS standards), drive continuous improvement of quality processes, and lead a team of quality professionals.
